All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery time depends on location:
Metro cities: 3–5 business days
Other cities: 5–7 business days
Remote areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to logistics delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen reasons.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:
order weight,
delivery location,
and courier service availability.
Free shipping may be available on selected orders or promotions.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking ID via email/SMS.
You can track your delivery status through the courier partner’s tracking page.
Shipment Address
Please ensure that the address and contact information provided is accurate.
We are not responsible for delivery failures due to:
incorrect or incomplete address,
unavailability of recipient,
refusal of delivery.
Damaged / Lost in Transit
If your order arrives damaged or appears tampered with:
Do not accept the package
Take photos/video proof
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery attempt
We will arrange replacement or refund as applicable.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock or warehouse location. Tracking details will be provided for each shipment.
