Refund Policy

At Respro India, we aim to provide high-quality products and complete customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

A product is eligible for return if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or not functioning properly

  • You received a wrong or incomplete product

  • The product is different from the description shown on the website

Note: Returns are accepted only within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, and invoice must be included

  • Visual proof (photo/video) of damage must be provided for approval

Non-Returnable Items

Returns cannot be accepted for:

  • Customized or specially manufactured products

  • Used or physically damaged items caused by the customer

  • Items purchased in clearance sale or promotional discounts

Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the product is received at our warehouse, we will initiate the refund.
Refund will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Replacement Policy

If the product is available in stock, customers may choose a replacement instead of a refund at no extra cost for the same product.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once dispatched, cancellation will not be accepted.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • For return pickup, courier charges may apply based on location (except for defective/damaged product cases)
